Dear Friends,
I don't know if the fireworks have subsided (sleeping has been fun), but as we maneuver through one of the most epic Summers, I can safely say there isn't a Roman Candle in the world that can ease this time. With inflatable pools selling out (yes, I got the last one at the Staples Mill Target) like the Great Toilet Paper Shortage of 2020, we need to do what we can to cool down. My water bill is going to be ridiculous. How many of you are looking at Realtor for homes with in-ground pools now? *Psst, call me.* This too shall pass...
I've spoken with a few people who have had the unfortunate timing of a broken HVAC unit. I recently worked with Chris Blontz of AC Medics LLC and they are a great small local company to check out, in case you need a fix.
As for Real Estate..The good news is interest rates are at a continued low while the bad news is there's no inventory. It's like that stimulus check that has come in and you finally have enough money to go on that trip, but Corona has you homebound. Buyers are having a field day and Sellers aren't sure if it's a good time to put the house on the market.
